As the 2016 summer comes to an end, families are returning from vacation destinations, children are eagerly preparing to go back to school and the California State Legislature is ready to end a two-year session. During the first part of this session in 2015, the Legislature heard more than 2,300 bills and this year we are on track to do the same.
